(“the Firm”, “our”, “us” or “we”) is committed to the protection of your privacy.  The Firm provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information the Firm receives from users of our website, accessible at http://medicarewhistleblowerrights.com (“the Site”).  This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the Site.

CHILDREN

This Site is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will terminate the account and delete such information from our files.
